About 4 Dreams Nepali & Indian Cuisine
Authentic Nepali food has a clean, mild, and earthy flavor, using lighter spices like cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, timur, and jimbu. The taste feels fresh and home-style, not heavy or oily. Dishes focus on natural flavors of lentils, vegetables, and meats, with a gentle warmth rather than strong heat.
Authentic Indian food has a bold, aromatic, and richer flavor, made with deeper masalas such as garam masala, cardamom, cloves, turmeric, and bay leaf. The taste is stronger, more layered, and often creamier depending on the region. Indian dishes highlight intense spices, vibrant aromas, and full-bodied gravies.

This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

I love 4 Dreams. We discovered this restaurant some months back. Always looking for good Indian food and everything we've tried here had been good or really great, and also often interesting and unique. The restaurant is pleasant and so far usually quiet which is nice, with comfortable booths and also chair options. Service also has been friendly and staff have been helpful. I gave 4 stars on service because sometimes they seem a little slow before taking the order, but they have a big menu sothey may just be giving people time.

WOW! Just WOW! We were in town for a show and this restaurant showed up with great reviews and seemed to offer some different options. It was AWESOME. I'm a little burnt out on curry because I've been cooking a lot myself lately and so decided to go with the Nepalese options. Just wonderful. I had the Chicken Choila appetizer and it was off the charts. Unique flavors of spiciness, mint, citrus, smoked chicken, red onion. Reminded me a little of Larb in a Thai restaurant. Also got the Chicken Keema Noodles. Also tremendous. Savory chopped chicken, soft noodles in a spicy oil sauce. My partner had Nepali Thali and she raved...said it was one of the best Thali she's ever had. We met the owner...super nice and humble guy. The service was impeccable and very attentive. My partner is GF and they were able to answer all preventative questions. There's nothing fancy about the restaurant...just really great food.

I would like to thank the entire staff for an experience I will cherish for the rest of my days. 4 dreams youβre are the best thing thatβs happened to me in my entire culinary life. The sauce is thick the chicken is melt in your mouth. The pakoras are perfectly fried pillows of magic. Thank you x4!!!
